Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the most famous actors in the world. He is well known for his role as “The Terminator” in the movie series, and in television, he has appeared in the reality series, “Apprentice”, and “Celebrity Apprentice”.
Arnold’s resume reads like a Who’s Who of film stars. He has appeared in four blockbuster films in one career. He has also played roles in one of the greatest movies ever made, “The Legend of Bagger Vance” (1953), “True Lies” (1996), “Terminator II: Judgment Day” (1991) and “Terminator Salvation” (2020). He has received three Academy Awards for acting and has also won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor, in 1980.
Arnold started his career as a bodybuilder and began working out regularly when he first became a member of the National Bodybuilding Association in 1969. By 1972, he was offered a contract with Rheingold, a company that produced a line of exercise equipment, and he began training to be an actor.
In 1971, when he was still a teenager, he worked on a script for “Ansa” (the first movie of director Werner Herzog) and had signed a two-picture deal with Ansa Pictures. This deal was canceled by Ansa Pictures when Arnold left.
He was back in Hollywood working on a movie, “Terminator”, when the deal with Ansa went through. At the time, he was only 23 years old. This movie turned out to be a huge success and changed the way Schwarzenegger looked at acting.
The movie was to be titled “Terminator 2: Judgment Day”, and Schwarzenegger was to play the character, The Terminator. Because of the overwhelming success of this movie, he was offered a deal with Universal Studios. After a few years, he left Universal and was offered a job to direct the sequel to “Terminator”, “Terminator 2: Judgment Day”.
This was another very popular movie. It was released in theaters just a few months after the original movie. As he was preparing to direct the sequel, he received an offer from Fox to direct the sequel to “Terminator”.
Schwarzenegger didn’t know what to make of this offer, and even though he was still in the running for the job, he decided to take the offer. However, at the last minute, Schwarzenegger received an offer from Paramount to direct the sequel to “Terminator”.
He decided to take this offer and used his “Terminator” script to write his first movie, “Total Recall”. This movie was to be a big hit, and it turned out to be the second highest-grossing movie of 1986.
Schwarzenegger then moved to become a producer. His first movie produced was “The Last Action Hero”. Although this movie did not have the same impact as the other “Terminator” movies, it was still a big hit.
Schwarzenegger went on to become a successful screenwriter and also used his skills to produce movies. He has written many scripts for action movies, and the first one was “Terminator 2: Judgment Day”. He wrote many more movies in the future, and some of them were hits.
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s career is still full of surprises, as he is still playing the most important roles in movies today. Even though he has retired from the public eye, he continues to live by his own codes.
